DIS-CODE SURVEY! Help us design engaging ways to teach and learn STEM subjects with coding


The DIS-CODE project aims to raise awareness on the importance of digital literacy and, especially coding, as these are key languages to be learned are becoming as important as being literate or numerate.

If you are a STEM teacher (ideally a Mathematics teacher), a student (12-18 years old) or a head teacher working/studying in Belgium, Italy, Czech Republic, Portugal or Cyprus we need your help! Fill in the following surveys and help us design more engaging ways to teach and learn STEM subjects with coding.

Coding helps transversal skills such as problem solving, critical thinking, logic, apprenticeship of deductive and inductive reasoning. For this reason, the DIS-CODE project will train students on improving digital skills and learning mathematics by studying coding. More specifically, the project aims to deliver an innovative training system based on gamification and interactive tools, helping students between 12-18 years to acquire basic knowledge of computer programming and promote an active usage of IT tools as a way for acquiring digital and numerical literacy.
